How about this Sonja Bakker experiment?

It has been quiet for some time. But that doesn’t mean I quit the Sonja Bakker diet. I took a break roughly between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, so I finished my 9 week schedule in 11 weeks. The result: I lost 8 kgs, what do you think about that? I now weigh 108 kgs.

After another break of one week, I got back to page 1 and started the same 9 week program again (why change a winning team?). I hope to get rid of another 8 or 9 kgs, because that would mean I reached my first target (any two digit weight).

Although I loose weight with only paying attention to what I eat, it might also be a good idea to get some exercise! What exercise? Where do I find the time? Do I want to make time? To not make things too difficult, I decided to make a small adjustment in my daily routine: from now on, I will be climbing the stairs to and from my desk on the 10th floor. It may not be much, but it’s an easy 20 minute workout.

Some people have asked if there is an English version of the Sonja Bakker book. According to Sonja’s Dutch website, she is busy to make her diet available in German and English. Unfortunately, the website does not mention a release date.
